This policy applies in accordance with the applicable laws and consumer protection regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

1. Return and Exchange Period

The customer may request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of receiving the order, provided that the product is unused, undamaged, in its original condition, and returned with its original packaging, accessories, and invoice or order number.

If the product is defective, incorrect, or not matching the order, Elite Albaz will handle the request according to the case without charging the customer for costs caused by an error from the store.

2. Conditions for Accepting Returns or Exchanges

A return or exchange request may be accepted if the following conditions are met:

  1. The request is submitted within the allowed period.
  2. The product has not been used, installed, damaged, or modified.
  3. The product is returned in its original packaging.
  4. All accessories, manuals, and parts are included.
  5. The invoice or order number is provided.
  6. The product is not excluded from return or exchange.
  7. The damage or issue is not caused by misuse, improper installation, or incorrect storage by the customer.

3. Products Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

The following products are not eligible for return or exchange unless they have a manufacturing defect or an error caused by the store:

  1. Customized stamps made according to the customer’s request.
  2. Products containing customer names, logos, personal details, or business information.
  3. Products manufactured, printed, engraved, or modified specifically for the customer.
  4. Inks, liquids, or consumable materials after opening or use.
  5. Products that have been used, installed, operated, or modified.
  6. Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
  7. Products returned without original packaging or missing accessories.
  8. Clearance or final sale products, when clearly stated before purchase.

4. Defective or Incorrect Products

If the customer receives a defective product or a product that does not match the order, the customer must contact Elite Albaz and provide:

  1. Order number.
  2. Clear photos of the product.
  3. Photo of the outer packaging if damage is visible.
  4. A brief description of the issue.
  5. A short video if required, especially for machines or devices.

After receiving the request, Elite Albaz will review the case. If a defect or store error is confirmed, one of the following solutions may be offered:

  1. Replacement with the correct product.
  2. Repair, if the product is repairable and covered by warranty.
  3. Return and refund.
  4. Any other suitable solution agreed upon with the customer.

5. Machines and Devices

Machines and devices may be returned only if they are unused, not installed, not operated, and still in their original condition with full packaging and accessories.

If the machine or device has been used, operated, or installed, it will be handled under warranty or maintenance conditions, unless a clear manufacturing defect or major mismatch is confirmed.

Machines and devices may be subject to technical inspection before approving a return or exchange. The inspection process may take from 2 to 7 business days, depending on the product and case.

6. Shipping Costs for Returns and Exchanges

If the return or exchange is due to a manufacturing defect or an error caused by Elite Albaz, the store will bear the shipping costs after verifying the case.

If the return is requested by the customer without any defect or error from the store, the customer will bear the return shipping fees and any related costs, unless otherwise agreed.

7. Order Cancellation Before Shipping

The customer may request to cancel an order before it is shipped or before preparation has started.

If the order has already entered the preparation or production stage, especially customized products such as stamps, printed products, or made-to-order items, cancellation may not be possible.

If the order has already been shipped, the request will be handled according to this Return and Exchange Policy.

Shipping fees and additional charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a confirmed store error or manufacturing defect.

10. Rejection of Return or Exchange Requests

Elite Albaz reserves the right to reject a return or exchange request in the following cases:

  2. The product has been used, installed, damaged, or modified.
  3. The invoice or order number is not provided.
  4. Original packaging or accessories are missing.
  5. The product is customized according to the customer’s request.

  7. The customer does not send the product for inspection within the required period after initial approval.

Customers are advised to carefully review product details, sizes, specifications, and compatibility before placing an order.

For customized stamps and personalized products, the customer must carefully review all text, names, logos, and designs before approval. Elite Albaz is not responsible for errors approved by the customer before production.

This policy does not affect the customer’s legal rights in case of proven manufacturing defects, fraud, or non-compliance with the product description.
