We make every reasonable effort to display product information, images, prices, and descriptions accurately. However, product images are for illustration purposes only, and minor differences may occur due to screen settings, supplier updates, product availability, or manufacturing changes.

3. Account Registration and Website Use

The customer agrees to provide accurate and updated information when creating an account or placing an order, including name, mobile number, email address, delivery address, and any other required details.

The customer is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account login details and for all activities carried out through the account.

4. Products and Prices

All product prices are displayed in Saudi Riyals unless otherwise stated.

Elite Albaz reserves the right to update prices, offers, product availability, or product details at any time without prior notice. This does not affect confirmed and paid orders unless there is an obvious technical, pricing, or listing error.

In case of an incorrect price, inaccurate description, or product unavailability, Elite Albaz may contact the customer to correct, replace, or cancel the order and refund any paid amount when applicable.

5. Orders and Payment

An order is considered confirmed after successful payment or after confirmation through one of the approved channels of the store.

Elite Albaz may use secure payment gateways, including Moyasar or any other approved payment provider.

The store does not store sensitive bank card information on its servers. Payment details are processed securely through the approved payment provider.

Elite Albaz may request additional verification from the customer for certain orders, especially high-value orders, customized products, or orders requiring special processing.

6. Customized Products

Some products, such as personalized stamps, name seals, logo stamps, or items containing customer-specific text, names, logos, or designs, are considered customized products.

The customer is responsible for reviewing and approving all names, text, logos, sizes, and design details before production.

Once a customized product has been approved by the customer or production has started, it may not be cancelled, returned, or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error caused by the store.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are shipped through available shipping providers or logistics platforms, including OTO / TryOTO, SPL / Saudi Post, or any other shipping company approved by Elite Albaz.

Shipping fees and delivery times may vary depending on the customer’s location, product type, order weight, shipping provider, and selected delivery method.

Elite Albaz will make reasonable efforts to deliver orders within the estimated delivery time. However, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond the store’s control, including shipping company delays, incorrect addresses, public holidays, weather conditions, or force majeure events.

8. Return and Exchange

Return and exchange requests are subject to the Return and Exchange Policy published on the website.

The customer may request a return or exchange according to the conditions stated in that policy, while taking into consideration the nature of customized products, inks, consumable materials, used products, and installed or operated machines.

9. Warranty and Manufacturing Defects

Products covered by warranty are subject to the warranty terms of the manufacturer, supplier, agent, or as stated on the product page or invoice.

Warranty does not cover defects or damages resulting from misuse, improper installation, breakage, liquid damage, electrical issues, unauthorized modification, or failure to follow usage instructions.

If a manufacturing defect appears, the customer must contact Elite Albaz and provide the order number, product images, and a clear description of the issue. The store will review the case and take the appropriate action according to the product type and warranty conditions.

10. Invoices and VAT

Elite Albaz issues invoices according to the applicable regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

If VAT applies, it will be shown in the invoice or checkout details according to the applicable tax requirements.

11. Intellectual Property Rights

All content displayed on the website, including text, images, logos, trademarks, product designs, website layout, graphics, and marketing materials, belongs to Elite Albaz or its respective owners.

For logos, names, or designs uploaded by the customer for customized products, the customer confirms that they own the rights to use such materials or have obtained the necessary authorization. The customer bears full responsibility for any third-party claims related to such materials.

The customer agrees not to use the website for any unlawful purpose, including fraud, providing misleading information, attempting to hack or disrupt the website, abusing offers, misusing payment methods, or violating the rights of other users or third parties.

13. Limitation of Liability

Elite Albaz makes reasonable efforts to keep the website available and ensure that information is accurate. However, the store does not guarantee that the website will always operate without interruption or temporary technical issues.
